ABOUT the role you are looking for

We are looking for a Service Technician with primary responsibility for the installation and troubleshooting of digital wall-mounted screens in public environments. You will work in a dynamic environment with varying assignments at our customers. Your tasks will include everything from hardware installation and network configuration to troubleshooting technical issues and system maintenance.

• Installation of digital screen systems and associated network infrastructure.
• Configuration and optimization of network solutions.
• Troubleshooting both hardware and software.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers.
• Documentation and follow-up of completed work.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in installation and maintenance of network solutions.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routers, switches, and other network components.
• Knowledge of installation of digital screens and multimedia is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Driver's license B required.
